Vendors

Reach thousands of festivalgoers across both days. Every vendor space covers Saturday and Sunday. Food and art & crafts spaces are listed as available until Sept 30.

Food vendors

• Menus are subject to review and approval
• No beverage sales
• Food trucks pay an additional $50 fire inspection fee to the Slidell Fire Department (check or exact cash)
• Electricity is not included; add it for $300

Art & crafts vendors

• Anything consumable must be pre-packaged
• No beverage sales

Special-interest nonprofits

• For sharing information, raising awareness, and collecting data (not for selling items)
• 10×10 space: bring your tent, chairs, table, and materials

Are vendor fees refundable?

No. Vendor registration fees are non-refundable.
